Session Rates

One Hour (60 Minutes): $1,100 USD
Two Hours (120 Minutes): $1,900 USD

Maria also offers exclusive retainer based arrangements for clients seeking ongoing, tailored solutions. Terms typically range from three months to a year or longer.

Series packages and relationship assessments (business or personal) are available for an additional fee. For custom quotes or to discuss specific needs, please inquire.

Booking Your Session

Client intake information will be collected after payment is received and prior to scheduling your Zoom session.

All payments for services are non-refundable.

BUSINESS TERMS

All sessions with Maria Chandler are conducted via private, one-on-one Zoom video calls to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and convenience. Group sessions are available only by prior agreement.

After payment is received, clients are required to provide their contact information. Appointments are scheduled upon confirmation of payment. Clients may suggest a preferred session date and time, as well as an alternate availability window. Maria Chandler or her assistant will then contact you via email to confirm the final appointment using the provided availability calendar.

A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Clients may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances; however, a rescheduling fee of 33% will apply to any missed appointments. Once an appointment is officially reserved, clients are expected to honor the commitment. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.

As a courtesy, clients will receive an audio recording of their Zoom session within 30 days following the appointment. Please note that access to session recordings is not guaranteed and is not included in the session fee; Maria Chandler cannot be held responsible for technical issues or equipment failure that may prevent the delivery of recordings.

All payments for consultations and services are final. No refunds will be offered for pre-paid or completed sessions.
